License Agreement
This License Agreement governs the use of our application (Integra) and defines the terms and conditions between you and our company.
Agreement Overview
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (the "User") and our company VLA (from now "Provider") regarding the use of our application. By using our application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Grant of License
Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application Integra for internal business purposes in connection with Bitrix24.
2. Restrictions
The User shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application without prior written consent from the Provider.
3. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Provider may terminate it at any time if the User breaches any terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
The application Integra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Provider's jurisdiction.
